drug testing

i feel like an old lady. i can't even bend to spit when i'm brushing my teeth. i gotta put my hands on my knees for support everytime i go to sit. it hurts to stand up tall. it hurts to sit up straight. it hurts to walk let alone run. it hurts to play volleyball.

drug testing today and tomorrow
robaxacet, advil, aspirin, tylenol, motrin - you name it, i have it. the testing begins. ibuprofen or NSAID... must find the best drug to ease the pain. must be the setter. must win.
being an athlete isn't just all fun and games. when an athlete commits to playing a sport it is not jus a duty to go to practices and an obligation to play hard. it is not just trying your best and being satisfied with whatever the outcome. it is not even for the sake of the team. it is a love of the sport - be it volleyball, basketball, footbal...whatever. the athlete loves the sport. plays hard for the beauty of the sport. commits to practicing and drills to enjoy the sport. unites with teammates to add flavour to the sport.
